Information on the use of cookies

In accordance with the decision of the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of 8 May 2014, entitled « Identification of simplified procedures for the information and acquisition of consent for the use of cookies », Cinzia Tittarelli, managing cinziatittarelli.it, wishes to inform you of the following, stating that the information provided here should be understood as an annex to the more general privacy policy that is available on this page.

General information about cookies

When you enter one of our websites or use one of our services, our system or one of our partners may set or read cookies and/or other types of identifiers about the browser and/or the device you are using.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on the computer of someone viewing a website, in order to record certain information about your visit and to create a system recognizing you even later. However, the identifiers of devices are generated by collecting and processing some information such as IP address and/or the user agent (browser version, type and version of the operating system) or other characteristics of the device, again to reconnect certain information to a specific user.

A website may set up a cookie on your browser only if the preferences configured for this last one allow it. It’s important to know that a browser may allow a particular website to have exclusive access to the cookies set up by it and not those set up by other websites: in this case there is no risk for your privacy.

Practices related to cookies and other similar technologies

Cinzia Tittarelli or its partners may use the cookies or another type of identifiers for several reasons, among which:

  • Providing access to restricted areas of the site to which the access is possible through authentication (in this case cookies are defined as « technical » and are used to maintain the browsing session and/or facilitate future access from the same device).
  • Tracking user preferences while using the site and/or services incorporated therein or connected thereto.
  • Providing advertising and/or relevant content to the interests of visitors (only third-party cookies).
  • Processing statistical analyses (analytics) on the use of the site and/or services incorporated therein.
  • Conducting research to improve the content, products and services provided by Cinzia Tittarelli or its partners.

Cinzia Tittarelli shall NOT use any profiling cookies directly: : the only cookies generated and managed directly by Cinzia Tittarelli are the so-called technical cookies (which are only used to properly provide the services offered to the public) and, in a very limited way, the analytics cookies (which are used to count the number of readings of the various pages of the website and/or for other purposes of statistical nature). However note that through our pages profiling cookies may be generated by third parties (Ref. « Cookies of other companies »)

Cookies of other companies

Cinzia Tittarelli integrates, within its pages, third-party services that could set up and use their cookies and/or similar technologies. The use of such cookies and similar technologies by such companies is ruled by the privacy policies of those companies and not by this information, as Cinzia Tittarelli is totally unrelated to the management of these tools and the processing of data derived from them..

We provide below a list (not exhaustive) of some of the partner companies that may use cookies while browsing the network of Cinzia Tittarelli:
